Privacy policy

What data we collect, what we use it for, and how we protect it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Netricd Studio Corporation, based in Peru, is the data controller for the information described below. For any question about this policy or to exercise the rights in section 7, write to contacto@netricdstudio.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what a given feature actually needs:

  • Account — name and email address, when you create an account or sign in with Google. Guest access creates an anonymous session with no personal data attached.
  • Contact form — name, email address and the message you write.
  • Support tickets — name, email address, issue type and the description you provide.
  • Complaints book — name, identity document number (DNI or CE), email address, and the details of the complaint. This information, including the document number, is required by Peru's Consumer Protection Code for a complaints book to be valid; we cannot register a complaint without it.
  • Anti-abuse checks — when you submit a form, a bot-detection service receives your IP address and browser signals in order to confirm the submission is not automated.

We do not collect payment card details. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

3. Why we use it

  • To authenticate you and keep your session.
  • To answer your enquiries and resolve support tickets.
  • To register and respond to formal complaints within the statutory deadline — a legal obligation, not a choice.
  • To stop automated abuse of our forms.

4. Who processes it for us

We use third-party providers who process data on our behalf and are bound to use it only for that purpose:

  • Google (Firebase) — authentication, database and hosting.
  • Cloudflare — bot detection on our forms (Turnstile).
  • Payment and money-transfer providers — for client invoicing. They collect payment details directly and under their own privacy policies; those details never reach our systems.

These providers operate servers outside Peru, so your data may be processed abroad under the safeguards those providers offer.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the account exists. Enquiries and support tickets are kept while they are useful for follow-up and then deleted. Complaints and their records are kept for the period required by consumer-protection law, which is longer than we would otherwise keep them.

6. Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), data is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider, and access to submitted forms is restricted to the administrator account by database security rules. Complaint records, which contain identity document numbers, are readable only by that account.

No system is immune to every risk. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority within the deadlines the law sets.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or object to a particular use, by writing to contacto@netricdstudio.com. We will respond within the deadlines set by Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733).

Two limits worth stating plainly: we cannot delete a registered complaint before its legal retention period ends, and deleting your account data may prevent us from continuing to help with an open ticket.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Peruvian data protection authority.

8. Changes and related documents

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date below. See also our Cookie Policy and Terms of Service. To file a formal complaint, you can do so through our complaints book.
